Get Your Very Own Request Form!

We are moving all current request forms in this help desk system. This will be the one stop shop where staff can create and manage requests for all departments.

You too can have your very own request form and you can have as many request forms as you need!

Our Help desk costs are based on the number of Technicians or Agents we have.  A Technician is someone that a help desk ticket can be assigned to so they can work on the request.

Technicians cost us $260 / year / technician and any that get assigned to respond to your requests will be charged to your department budget.

You can assign one Technician to multiple request forms and a department manager that can review or manage all tickets for a department is also considered a technician,

One way to reduce the number of Technicians you might need is to use create a generic user to act as a Technician. For instance, the IT department could create and use Techhelp@pacsci.org as our technician. Each IT person would need then need shared access the Techhelp@pacsci.org email AND they would need to log into the help desk system as TechHelp@pacsci.org


If you want your own request form, consider these options:

  1) Do you have any unique information to collect on the form?
  2) How many Technicians will you need and who will they be?
  3) Do you need any special alerts or events to be triggered when someone makes a request?
